ReplyDeleteI don't know that I have a favorite color to quilt with. I like bright colors best--but I'm new enough to quilting and I like all colors so I just don't have one favorite. :) I am quite taken with how white pops colors sometimes however.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite color to quilt with? Whatever I'm working with at the moment (lol). I don't think there is a color I don't like. I love to put colors together that make each other sing. Color makes me happy. And I love things in rainbow order (which is why I think your FQ buncle of chevrons really speaks to me). That always makes me happy.

My favorite background color for quilting is gray. I find it very forgiving. My favorite colors for piecing are orange and purple.

I love warm colors and tend to use those most, have always loved the colors of the sunset.

ReplyDeleteTo quilt with? Do you mean thread? I guess my favorite color of quilting thread is "natural" or cream color. As far as fabric goes, my favorite colors are the waters: azure, turquoise, sea glass, and so on. I really do not know why.
