Baby Granny Square #1 with Butterfly Back

The first of several granny square baby quilts is done.

It was echo quilted around the sashings.  It was stitched in the ditch around the colored blocks for a fun texture.

The back of the quilt has a fun butterfly fabric that matches each of the colors of blocks from the front.

This has been added to our Etsy Store.

Wow, beautiful! I'm currently working on a baby granny quilt, too, so I loved seeing your finished one.

Thanks posting this granny squares quilt. I have wondered what the blocks would look like if I made them scrappy. Now I know it would be beautiful.
