Richard told me it was my Birthday, so my drawing. I am making the post today and responding to emails regarding it. How thoughtful, right (?) In his defense, he has promised to finish the lap quilt with pinwheels that he is making for me as a Birthday gift.

Happy Birthday Tanya!! What a gorgeous quilt Richard made you, great gift! Well like Richard, my bday is close to Mother's Day and some years it falls on Mother's Day. I'm usually lucky enough to get two gifts hehe. Love, love the batiks. Awesome colors! How great that you have included a bowl made by your sister also. It is darling and in my favorite color. I have done some ceramics or I should say, I've painted them and then had them fired. I didn't actually mold them. That is on my bucket list to try though one of these days.
