I had so much fun with the last giveaway that I have decided I am going to join a up coming blog hop sponsored by Quilting Gallery it will run from March 17-23 and is destined to be a big one. The interesting thing is that will be close to when the baby is born, I am trying to decide what to give away and how to do it. Today I had a prize show up that I won from
SewCalGal I won this prize back on January 20th. The prize I won was a roll of various fabrics from Hoffman Fabrics, they are wonderful and can't wait to use them.
One of the things I liked the most about the fabric in this roll is that they are ones that I don't often pick. My wife likes conservative things and steers me away from some of the more bold things in this grouping. I am looking forward to finding a good project to put these in.
While I was musing over my win, I have been thinking a lot about how to get sponsors for my blog. Is their any one out their that has advice on this subject? I enjoy doing giveaways, but I am some what limited on what I can afford to give away.

That looks yummy. I like giveaways, both as giver and receiver. I don't win nearly as much as you do, though. One thing I don't like is anything that requires me to do something with facebook, which includes pinterest. I won't do facebook, and a few giveaways require it, so I don't enter those.
I like giveaways as well, both hosting them and participating in them. I'd like to have sponsors to give material away though, as I'm a bit limited with what I can afford as well. That's why I tend to make something myself. I don't like the ones that have lots of rules to enter though, I tend not to enter those. I like it simple, just one comment to enter and that's all...
Giveaways are pretty cool. Sometimes I offer things I already have or if it's a one off giveaway I'll let the winner choose something they want within a set budget.
I hate the ones where you have to join up to 8 different things before you can enter. Old fashioned leave a comment and follow the blog are much easier
